Lennwood Nursing & Rehabilitation provides all rehabilitation specialties; including, but not limited to, physical and occupational therapy, as well speech language pathology.
Our licensed therapists strive to help our residents regain and master their everyday skills and abilities, so that they may live independently, and lead productive and satisfying lives. Lennwood uses state-of-the-art equipment and methods of treatment, and work closely with physicians, to develop customized rehabilitation programs for our residents.
